Samuel Flores is the proud owner of existing restaurants El Pueblo and Sammy’s that are located in Blue Ash, Ohio. Both restaurants have been favored by locals and by people afar for many years. As both restaurants started to grow, Samuel decided he wanted to expand his businesses and provide the same food and service to your community in Springboro, Ohio. In the spring of 2010, he conceptualized the idea to combine the two restaurants and as of the fall of 2010, he has established and brought two of Blue Ash’s finest to you.

The El Pueblo dishes are traditional Mexican meals with a twist of secret Flores family recipes. Sammy says he inherited his love of sports from his father, Alfonso and his love of food from his mother, Olivia. Sammy’s Uncle runs a bakery in Mexico and contributes a dynamite sopapilla to the dessert menu. Sammy’s El Pueblo makes its own salsa daily and fresh batches of guacamole throughout the day. Extra spicy salsa is delivered to your table upon request—ranking a 6 or 7 on the 1-10 spicy scale. Each dish is made from the freshest ingredients available—allowing us to serve you any special requests!
